1. Acceptance and Approval
By using the Wordmas application, you agree to these terms of use. If you do not accept the terms, please do not use the application.
2. Service Description
Wordmas is an educational mobile game application that helps you learn English vocabulary. It offers different difficulty levels, game modes, and leaderboard features. The app provides free limited access and an auto-renewable subscription service called Wordmas Premium.
3. Account Creation
- You can create an account anonymously, with email, Apple Sign In, or Google Sign In
- You are responsible for the security of your account information
- Each user can only create one account
- Providing false or misleading information is prohibited
4. User Conduct Rules
The following behaviors are prohibited while using the application:
- Using cheats, bots, or automation
- Harassing other users
- Using inappropriate or offensive names
- Attempting to manipulate systems
- Unauthorized access to others' accounts
- Spreading malware or viruses
5. Intellectual Property Rights
All content, design, logos, graphics, and software are the property of Wordmas and protected by copyright. Unauthorized copying, distribution, or creation of derivative works is prohibited.
6. Content and Data
- The word database is updated regularly
- Efforts are made for content accuracy but not guaranteed
- For educational purposes only
- Does not replace official exam preparation
7. Service Interruptions
Service may be temporarily interrupted due to maintenance, updates, or technical issues. No responsibility is accepted for these interruptions.
8. Account Suspension and Closure
Accounts that violate terms of use:
- May be temporarily suspended
- May be permanently closed
- May have their game data deleted
9. Liability Limitations
Wordmas cannot be held responsible for:
- Data loss
- Incorrect learning of words
- Technical failures
- Damages from third-party services
10. Subscriptions and Payment Terms
Wordmas Premium is an auto-renewable subscription service. The following subscription plans are available:
- Monthly: 1 month of premium access
- Quarterly: 3 months of premium access
- Yearly: 12 months of premium access
Premium subscription includes:
- Unlimited word learning
- AI-powered grammar coach
- Access to all word packs
- Unlimited games
Payment: Payment is charged to your Apple ID account upon confirmation of purchase.
Auto-Renewal: The subscription automatically renews at the same price and duration unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
Cancellation: You can cancel your subscription at any time from device Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You will continue to have premium access until the end of your paid period.
Free Trial: If a free trial is offered, any unused portion of the trial is forfeited when a subscription is purchased.
Refunds: Refund requests are subject to Apple's refund policy.
11. Changes
We reserve the right to update these terms of use. Significant changes will be notified within the application.
12. Applicable Law
These terms are subject to the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Istanbul Courts and Enforcement Offices are authorized for disputes.
